Conference Refund Policy

  • Full conference refunds may be allowed up to thirty (30) days prior to the event’s start date. A 50% refund may be given 21 –29 days prior to the start date.

  • No refund may be given with less than twenty-one (21) days prior to the event’s start date unless approved for valid reason by the President and Executive Director.

  • All refunds must be submitted in writing (mail or e-mail) to the national office and postmarked by the appropriate deadline.

  • All approved refunds shall be disbursed at the conclusion of the conference.

  • Transfer of conference fees to another eligible attendee is acceptable.

  • Documented extenuating circumstances shall be considered on a case-by-case basis.
