Conference Refund Policy
- Full refunds will be given one month prior to the event start date, on the following Monday.
- A 50% refund will be given three weeks prior to the event.
- No refund will be given to any participant after three weeks prior to the event. Documented extenuating circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis by CEA.
- All refunds must be submitted in writing (mail, e-mail or fax) to the CEA Office. Must be postmarked by the appropriate deadline.
